Working with the Group Marketing Director, BrandCreate deployed a diverse team of multi-skilled brand consultants to support and inform a wide range of in-development and in-market company business services and challenges across the Group’s core business areas. Specifically, the BrandCreate team worked with FEXCO management on an ongoing basis including in market/brand research and workshopping, brand definition and validation, interface performance enhancement and in-field event and brand engagement planning.

Just like its marketplace, the world of fintech and international mobile financial services is a fast-paced and deeply change-driven dynamic environment. In the face of such a rapid pace of change, the challenge for BrandCreate was to deploy world-class brand resources and personnel as and when needed by an ever-morphing and evolving business and management landscape.
Our work validated and informed brand strategy development and messaging and supported this with design collateral for both the physical and digital environments. Working closely with senior management, we delivered a multiplicity of brand ideas and a suite of market insights and practical brand-building initiatives from internal management research programmes to external interactive online digital customer workshops to creation of copy content and graphic design for sales team resourcing, presentations and international marketing.
